Hey guys, in the interest of supporting other STEM groups here at Ryerson I would just like to bring your attention to the Ryerson I.D.E.A competition, hosted by the Ryerson Biomedical Engineering Society and Ryerson IEEE. The competition is open to all STEM related faculties (yes that means you). Please read the following blurb:

Hello Ryerson! Your favourite time of the year is here! The I.D.E.A Competition is back! The objective of I.D.E.A 2019 is to encourage undergraduate students to better enhance current healthcare practices or devices. Students must design a marketable healthcare product, or a healthcare service that is a significant improvement upon existing designs. Winning entries will combine originality, technical and economic feasibility, justifiable design choices, and high-quality presentation.In this design competition your team will be presenting your OWN design problem and issue that current healthcare industries face while working with your team to present your solution to our professionals.Sign up on the google form here
